Welcome to Hooked, an adventurous pixel art fishing game! In this game, you will be tasked with finding a precious goldfish to give to an old fisherman.
Starting with a simple fishing equipment, which you will have to improve, you try to catch more and more valuable fish
On your way to catch the goldfish, you will encounter various species of fish. Each catch brings you money to pay rent and bait but also to improve your fishing equipment
INSTRUCTIONS/CONTROLS
-to move the hook use A/D
-to close/open the inventory use TAB/I
-to pause the game use ESC
-everything else uses the mouse

Wow! Well done, I really like the idea it gives me Ridiculous Fishing vibes. I had some issues with the UI but the idea of the inventory and scaling was super cool. I think some sort of challenge in the scaling minigame it would make the whole game a bit more immersive, i.e. less money/profit. Overall really creative idea for this jam!
